TERMS OF SERVICE
ABOUT THE ART
- I will show the wips and the final image but in lower quality on my social networks.
- The client will receive an additional version in PNG and without the watermark.
- I own the rights to the art but not the characters. Unless you ask me for a commission with my own characters.
- You don't need to credit me every time you publish the commission (Although it will be appreciated) The important thing to say is that the art is a commission. The characters are yours, but the art is mine.
- I do not accept references from other Ocs to create your new Oc.
- If you don't specify me, I will make the commission in my usual sizes , example : 2500x 2500 / 3500x3500 , depending on the type of commission I can keep varying the size.
- All prices shown are for Personal Use, this means that you can't make money with the order.
- I can refuse your order for any personal reason. I may not feel comfortable doing it, or I may not feel I have the skills to do it.
- I will post personal art between commissions, but that doesn't mean I've forgotten what I owe. Personal art is like a break for me, and keeps me from burning out. Again, please be understanding.
- I offer my own drawing style and also imitation of any fandom's anime style.
ABOUT THE PROCESS
Provide as much information as you have about your order with clear picture references, but try to be concise.
- Please be as specific as possible with your request, if you are going to be vague then don't be disappointed with my work.
- The client sees all the progress of your order through the notes in DA or in the social network where I contact or by mail.
**STEPS **
1) You send the form with the info of the assignment.
2) If I approve it, you make the full payment.
3) I will send you previews of all the steps: sketch, lineart, base colors and lighting sketch, and wait for your approval. You can ask for corrections at each step if you need it.
4) I will send you the final image in high quality.
ABOUT PAYMENT
- Payment is by PayPal . I will send you an invoice.
- I only start working after you have made full payment.
- I do not accept returns.
ABOUT THE WAITING LIST
- You can view the waiting list through the Trello page.
- The order of my commissions is in order of payment. I do not reserve a commission position.
- I expect your patience and understanding about the time it will take me to complete your commissions.
- However, I do not appreciate being rushed. I do not work well under pressure. I am a perfectionist and strive to give you a beautiful, finished work of art that I can be happy with as well. Rushing me only results in, you guessed it, rushed works, and no one likes that.
When you commission me, you are agreeing to these terms of service.
If you break them, I'm not going to accept another commission from you.
